4 tablespoons of Freedom Cacao
1 cup almond milk
1 cup 9.5ph Kangen water
1 tablespoon masons mushrooms
1 tablespoon local honey ( can add more if you like it sweeter or vanilla essence is also yum )
2 tablespoon MCT oil
1. Heat almond milk in a saucepan on low. Add the cacao and whisk until melted and smooth.
2. Add in the masons mushrooms, honey and MCT oil. Keep whisking until it’s smooth and foamy.
3. Pour into 2 cups and enjoy the magic.
